EF Portal operates on a three-year lifecycle, after which an upgrade to the latest version is required.
Upgrades are completely non-disruptive: running jobs continue without interruption, and active DCV sessions remain fully accessible. All sessions, spoolers, data, logs, and configuration files are fully preserved throughout the process. For these reasons, we strongly recommend upgrading whenever a new release becomes available.
Our team is available to assist you in preparing for the upgrade phase. For detailed prerequisites and step-by-step instructions, please consult the EF Portal Upgrade Guide.
