TÜBINGEN, Germany, and LOS ALTOS, California, Feb. 04, 2021 – NI SP GmbH and The UberCloud Inc. are pleased to announce they have entered into a strategic partnership, combining NI SP’s industry leading 3D VDI and High Performance Computing (HPC) Solutions with UberCloud’s ubiquitous HPC container technology and its Engineering Simulation Cloud Platform. The partnership focuses on cloud services for more efficient and productive engineering simulations in CAE, LifeSciences, Oil&Gas, big data analytics, digital twins, and machine learning.

NI SP, as a specialist in remote 3D VDI and HPC environments, and UberCloud, as specialist for engineering simulation software containers, address virtual product design and development in manufacturing. The partners are focusing on cloud technologies and services for the automation of CAE and other HPC workloads with the aim of providing “HPC as a Service”, quickly and cost-efficiently.
